保民而王

　　能使庶民太平盛世，就能斡旋天下了。“王”即称王，统率一国或一地。在中国古典语境中，王不是指一般意旨上的掌合手最高统率权的东谈主，而是指邃晓天、地、东谈主基快乐趣，为天下东谈主拥戴的东谈主。“保民”即爱民、养民，使庶民赢得生计资源，禁受素质，空闲地坐褥、生活。“保民”是国度或政权的基本职能，是赢得人心的前提，亦然职权刚直性的依据处所。它是“民本”“仁政”想想的具体体现。

It gives concrete expression to the vision of "putting the people first" and "benevolent governance."
